PAYMENT TERMS

Opening order credit card. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express accepted.

MINIMUMS

Opening orders are $150 minimum. Reorders are $50 minimum. If, at our discretion, we choose to accept an order for less than $50, there will be a $5 handling fee.

RETURN POLICY

Absolutely no returns without prior return authorization.

CHARGES

There is a $25 charge for any check received on an account which is returned to us by the bank for any reason. All amounts past due shall bear interest at the rate of 18% per anum.

DELIVERY TIME

Normal orders shipped within 5-7 days. Show orders and orders made during show schedules may take up to six (6) weeks. In many cases it may be possible to fill rush orders.

SHIPPING

Shipments are F.O.B. Torrance, CA. We use UPS ground service. 8. Drop-Ship Drop-Ship handling charge is $5 in addition to freight costs.
